  • What is PrimeCRM and how does it work?
    PrimeCRM is a complete commerce platform that lets you start, grow, and manage a business. Sell in multiple places, including web, mobile, social mediea or online marketplaces. Utilize our many integrations that have a lot of commonly used e-commerce functionality.
  • Yes, you can use your own domain name with PrimeCRM. If you have an existing domain name, you can ask our customer service to connect it to PrimeCRM. If you plan to use the platform to sell anything, you will have to connect your own domain, since your Payment Service Provider agreement will only cover your domain and your sub-domains.
  • You can translate any e-mail templates, campaigns or notifications to any language that you want. The Admin panel is only offered in the English language.
  • Yes, you can sell anything with PrimeCRM, your application will receive a notification that an item has been sold, how you choose to act on the notification is up to you, you can send an e-mail with login credentials to a platform, you can dispatch the items ordered to the customers address, or you can forward the order to a drop shipping provider.
  • We support Facebook AdManager, Google Adwords, Outbrain, and Affiliate systems out of the box, other integrations can be requested.
